Assist with employee orientation for new team membersOrganize and prepare orientation materials and related activitiesResponsible for daily contact with all new hires to answer any questions or concerns they may havePrepare materials required to track training and qualification of new team membersWill work closely with department supervisors and department managers to ensure that they are being trained properly and for effective communicationConduct follow-up retraining or refresher training where required or as recommended by department managementConducts on the job training such as but not limited to:
Knife sharpeningProper equipment dress and careHands on performing specific jobsTeach and coach new employees in their assigned jobsOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bilingual in Spanish and English language required.
High school diploma requiredExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and ability to deal effectively with a variety of people and situationsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential information PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
